Navigating through Srinagar airport is never an easy task, but with the new tourism police standing by and ensuring your taxi ride is legit made things a lot easier than than just a few months ago. It was nice to see construction complete and businesses thriving again after the flooding this fall. Once at the lake and on our Shikara to our house boat it was easy to relax, take in the fresh air and enjoy the spectacular surrounding mountain views.
